Restitution Group does not guarantee, promise, or represent that any lost, stolen, or fraudulently transferred funds will be recovered.

There is no guarantee of 100% recovery, partial recovery, or any confirmed recovery outcome.

The outcome of any recovery matter depends on numerous factors that may be outside our control, including, but not limited to:

• The nature and circumstances of the fraud or financial loss;
• The amount and timing of the transaction;
• Whether the funds or assets can still be traced or located;
• The availability of relevant transaction, banking, blockchain, or other records;
• The actions and cooperation of banks, financial institutions, payment providers, exchanges, platforms, regulators, law-enforcement agencies, or other third parties;
• The jurisdiction in which the matter or relevant parties are located;
• Applicable laws, regulations, procedures, and limitations;
• Whether the recipient or beneficiary of the funds can be identified or located; and
• Other circumstances that may arise during the recovery process.

Accordingly, past results, examples, testimonials, or statements regarding recovery efforts should not be understood as a promise or indication of what will happen in your individual case.
